As well as, double finned steel/nylon weather stripping, mechanical interlocking joints, and an Arctic grade bottom weather seal! This helps ensure the door is energy efficient.

Steel-Craft’s Carriage Craft

 The doors feature premium quality wood grained steel meticulously formed to deliver a distinctive look of elegance with a virtually maintenance free finish. It features bold vertical lines designed to enrich the look of traditional architecture. As well as, contemporary design homes. Door sections are made up of a steel inner and outer skin. The space is then filled with liquid polyurethane foam for insulation and strength. For this reason this method is superior to polystyrene or styrofoam insulated doors as polyurethane has twice the R-value in the same thickness as styrofoam insulation. This will become very hard upon drying adding strength to the door sections. A full width rubber weatherseal eliminates air and wind infiltration between each door section. All these features add up to an energy efficient door that provides durability, strength, security and lasting beauty.
